- Acknowledgement of significant moments of the Fagaras Country's
long history, re-building the distinctive values of this ethno-geographical
space in terms of Romanian spirituality;
- Contemporary affirmation of the Fagaras Country; its dynamic
future, based on the historic past heritage;
- Re-establishing the traditional bounds between the inhabitants
of the Fagaras Country and Fagaras emigration, mutual knowledge,
affirmation of spiritual and material values that stress upon
the talent, the creative spirit, the courage, the hospitality
which are characteristic to the population of the Fagaras Country;
- Supporting UE and Nato accession programmes, promoting the
implementation of the Community Acquis;
- Ecological education and environmental protection;
- Touristic values of the area, enlarging cultural agreement possibilities.
